During this part of the programme, you will receive guided tuition on how to perform an open-source investigation and risk assessment of a named individual using prepared templates and using the skills learned in Part A.
You will learn how to perform enhanced due diligence checks and validation for non-face-to-face relationships to identify key information and risks relating to new and existing clients.
You will be able to search with anonymity and in full compliance with locally applicable laws and regulations, using measures that can be employed to ensure safety and privacy whilst online.
When you are ready, you will be asked to complete a timed-online assessment of what you have learned. If you are successful, you will be awarded a certificate of success that is awarded in association with the University of Gloucestershire and use the designation GCOSINT in your professional profile.
