  • You will have six months from the date that you enrol onto an advanced programme of learning to complete the course unless agreed otherwise.
  • In the event that circumstances prevent you from completing the programme within six months we can extend the course by 30 days at no charge, but we believe that our programmes should be completed as soon as is practically possible and encourage you to set aside at least an hour a week to progress through the course of learning.
  • Any extensions beyond 30 days are only provided by exception, and we will unfortunately be obliged to charge a fee of £100.00 for the additional administration costs that we incur.
  • Any request for a course extension must be submitted by email to our support team at info@greatchatwellacademy.com

  • You are permitted no more than two attempts to achieve at least 70% success in the final assessment.
  • In the event that you are unsuccessful in your first assessment attempt, you will be unable to take the assessment again for 7 calendar days. This is to allow you to complete further revision of the course materials. In our experience this is critical to ensure that you have the chance to review ley learning outcomes, and to be successful.
  • A request for a third and final attempt may be submitted in writing to: info@greatchatwellacademy.com and will be awarded in the event that a learner has experienced exceptional circumstances that have materially impacted upon their performance.
