Navigating UK and EU Data Protection in Financial Services

Aim of the Course.  Provide data protection, compliance, and risk professionals with an understanding of UK and EU data protection legislation and regulations.  Provision of practical guidance on implementing data protection principles, rights, and risk-based approach; and aligning with overlapping and potentially conflicting regulations, e.g. financial crime, operational resilience, etc, to demonstrate effective accountability and demonstration of compliance.
