AML Culture Masterclass: From Regulatory Expectations to Real Change in Financial Crime Compliance

Early 2026 | Date tbc

Masterclass Overview

This 3-hour CPD-accredited GCAL programme explores how leadership, behaviours, and firm-wide attitudes shape the effectiveness of AML compliance. Using recent enforcement cases, you’ll examine how to spot and fix cultural red flags, assess regulator expectations, and apply best practice techniques to build and sustain a strong AML culture.

You’ll leave with practical tools to measure, monitor, and report on AML culture, engage senior management, and shift your firm beyond tick-box compliance to a values-driven, ethics-led approach that supports long-term AML risk mitigation.
